I really enjoyed my session with Jason. We hung out and chatted about life and things. I have just made a move to a new part of the continent and am still adjusting. Jason provided me with a space to be heard and pointed out all the positives in how I was thinking about things. He also made me realize how much I have to be thankful for and things to look forward to in the coming months.
